You will identify an area of technology - e.g. Mobile Phones, Gaming, Social Media, Computers & Sport, Computers & Music

• You must:
• Identify your chosen area 
• Describe how it has changed and developed (incl. key dates)
• Describe at least 5 ways your chosen technology is used and what impact this has had
• Use the correct technical terms in your presentation
• Describe at least 1 social, ethical and legal issue associated with your chosen technology

• Download the Trends in Computing Planning sheet HERE
• Save it in the folder that you have just made

Amber TASK

• Identify an area of technology that you will work on
• Use the Internet to research your chosen area

Find out the following and note on your planning sheet:

1. When? Where? it was first used.
2. Who introduced it?
3. 5 different uses
4. Ethical, Social & Legal aspects

Green TASK

• Using your findings complete the Trends in Computing Planning Sheet

• Start a new PowerPoint
